DMFTC 2024 Registration Policies

Registration opens Feb. 1st and closes Aug. 1st

Registration is a two step process:

  1. Complete the Online Registration paying the deposit, you will receive email notice of your balance due. The heatstroke and lightning policies are available for reading here: Camp Docs

  2. Complete your final payment by June 30th by credit card using the included link, or by mailing a check for your balance due to:

Deposits:

- $100 deposit is due with registration.
- The deposit is non-refundable, but will be carried forward one year and may be applied to the subsequent year's deposit.
- Prior to August 1st, a refund may be transferred to another camper’s balance for use at Camp 2024.

Housing Assignments:

- Registration opens February 1st, and closes on August 1st.
- Returning campers must have registered by February 28th to reclaim their previous year's cabin.
- Campers requesting new/different lodging must have registered by February 28th to be entered into the housing lottery.
- Registrations completed after the first month (usually March 1st and after) will be processed on a first come, first served basis.

Payment Deadlines:

- Your camp fee balance must be paid by credit card or mailed check by June 30th.
- If you complete your final payment using the Final Payment button below, a 3% fee will be added to your payment to cover credit card processing.
- If you are registering between July 1st and August 1st, the entire fee must be paid with registration. When registering for camp during that time, please do the Online Registration first which includes the camp deposit, you may then use the Final Payment button to complete your payment. Final Payment is your fee for camp minus your deposit. Contact the registrar: registrar@fitnesscamp.org with any questions.

Camp 2024 Fees

Cancellation Policy:

- Campers must cancel via email to registrar@fitnesscamp.org.
- If the cancellation email is received by August 1st, the camper will receive a refund of fees paid less deposit amount which will be carried forward for one year.
- If the cancellation email is received after Ausust 1st, the refund amount is the total amount paid less:
  1. the deposit amount
  2. an amount equal to the current year activity fee
  3. any amount specific to the camper
- Campers may request in writing that registration deposit and fees paid be refunded. All requests will be reviewed by the Board of Directors.
- Registration closes August 1st. No changes, additions or cancellations will be made after August 1st.
